Shipping Policy

Orders placed before 13:00 (GMT+2) will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed later will be shipped the following day. This applies Monday-Friday, excluding Danish public holidays.
You have the option to choose your preferred delivery method in check-out
Track orders from Kreafunk using the tracking link sent to your email. If you haven't received a link, please contact us at info@kreafunk.dk. Kreafunk cannot help with the delivery status regarding how long time it will take for your package to arrive. Please contact the shipping company that delivers your package.

Returns

When you shop online at www.kreafunk.com you have 30 days to regret your purchase and return the item(s) to us. The return right counts from the day you received your product. If the period ends on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve, the deadline is extended to the following working day. It is not possible to cancel your order by refusing to accept the parcel or not collecting the product.
If you regret your purchase, please fill out the return label which is included in your shipment and enclose it. Send the parcel to: Kreafunk ApS, Klamsagervej 35 A, st. 8230 Åbyhøj, Denmark

Complaints

If your product has been purchased within 2 years, you have the option of having your product exchanged for a new one of the same product. Purchased in a store: If your product is less than 2 years old, please contact the store where the product was purchased. They should be able to offer you a new product when you show the receipt. Purchased on kreafunk.com: Send an email to info@kreafunk.dk Remember to write the order number.
Send an email to info@kreafunk.dk with the following information. Product name When the gift was delivered The name of the workplace that gave the gift The name of the gift company that delivered the gift Description of the problem A decision will hereafter be made as to whether we should take the product in for repair. We will either repair the products and return it or send a new product.

Product Troubleshooting

Watch the following Youtube video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=axip56-YRCs) When you need to use your aBEAN, you must start by removing the plastic. Then take both beans out of the box and wait until only one of them lights up. Now go to your Bluetooth menu on your device and connect to either aBEAN L or aBEAN R. You should now be able to play your music in both beans. We have created an updated manual, which is on our website. To reset, please see the guide in the manual and on the website. If both beans don´t light up in the charging box, you can try to press them down into the box and move them a bit around. If still nothing happens, your headphones are defective.

Start by charging it for 6 hours. Check with multiple cables and devices. Does NOT work with computers. If it doesn't work, contact support@kreafunk.dk
First try restarting your product and use different cables for charging. If it doesn´t work and your product was purchased less than two years ago, contact the store where the product was purchased. If it was purchased on kreafunk.com, you can contact support@kreafunk.dk

When you need to use your aSENSE, should only one of the earbuds be blinking. If they both blink, you can try and follow this reset guide: Start by deleting aSENSE from your bluetooth menu. Hereafter turn off both earbuds. You do that by holding your finger on the K (on both sides) in 5 sec. Now turn them on again by holding your finger on the K in 3 sec. Now put both earbuds in the case and push down the golden button in the case. Hold for 8 sec. Now it’s reset. Close the case and open again. Only 1 one of the two buds should blink, and you are able to pair your phone with a SENSE.
