Delivery
Orders placed before 13:00 will be shipped the same day. Orders placed later will be shipped the following day. This applies on weekdays, Mondays to Fridays, excluding Danish public holidays. You have the option to choose your preferred delivery method at checkout.
*Free delivery in several European countries for orders above 39€. For orders with delivery outside Europe, please find delivery cost when checking out.
Please be aware that there may be local import VAT, depending on which country you order from.

Return
1. Please note that products purchased from one of our Kreafunk dealers must be returned to the same dealer.
2. You always have the right to cancel your order for up to 30 days after you have purchased from the Kreafunk webshop.
NOTE: We have extended our return policy and will exchange items until January 31, 2025.
3. The right of return counts from the day you receive your product. If the period ends on a public holiday, Saturday, Boxing Day, Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve, the period is extended to the next working day. It is not possible to cancel your order by refusing receipt or not collecting the product.
4. The product must be returned in the same unused condition and quality as when it was delivered by Kreafunk and the packaging must be intact. If these conditions are not met, the product may lose its entire value and it will therefore not be possible to obtain a refund. This does not apply to returns that have been pre-authorised.
5. When returning a product, you are responsible for ensuring that the product is properly packaged.
6. The return of a product is at your own risk. This means that Kreafunk is not responsible for any damage to the product that may occur during transport. Therefore, we always recommend that you use the original packaging for returning the product.
7. Do not return products by post. If you wish to return a product, Kreafunk will refund the purchase price of the product.
WE DO NOT ISSUE RETURN LABELS OR PAY FOR SHIPPING ON RETURNS.
We will pay the exact purchase amount, excluding any shipping costs, no later than 14 days from the day we receive notice that the product is being returned. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the product or until you have provided proof that the product has been returned. Kreafunk will refund the payment using the same payment method as when you placed the original order. We will not charge any additional fees for handling any returns.
8. The product must be sent directly to Kreafunk, Klamsagervej 35 A, st., 8230 Åbyhøj, Denmark. Packages returned to a parcel shop will not be collected. Similarly, packages sent back with DAO are not accepted.
9. As we are committed to hygiene and the safety of our customers, certain items are non-refundable. These include all our in-ear headphones once you have removed the plastic and tried the headphone in your ear.
