The small things that might seem pretty ordinary are a great part of my extraordinary everyday life.
A COMPLETELY ORDINARY DAY IN COMPANY WITH KASPER JUST FEELS LESS ORDINARY. WE'VE SPENT A SUNNY DAY IN HIS COMPANY WHERE HE HAS SHOWN AND TOLD US HIS VIEW ON THE GOOD LIFE.
Maybe it is because of the contradiction between his profession and his leisure activities. Science meets art. Kasper is a doctor writing his Ph.D. in dermatology focusing on tattoos. At the same time, he is an artist that enjoys riding his longboard down the beach.
But his title and skills don't define him. The thing is Kasper really knows how to enjoy, relax, and live. That is what makes his ordinary everyday extraordinary.
It's the pursuit of the good life.
AMBITIOUSNESS AS A DRIVER
“My curiosity and stubbornness has made me the way I am. Some may see me as a bit of an odd combination – scientifically anchored on one side and bodily expressed on the other. Both are controlled by continuously wanting to do better”.
“The small things that might seem pretty ordinary are a great part of my extraordinary everyday life. For example, my routines. Getting out of bed every morning and drinking that warm cup of coffee is actually spectacular. I believe that many things become richer or more beautiful when repeated".
... a matter of doing exactly what you want. For me that means having time to be creative, stimulating the intellect and spending time with great people.
... determined by time. Time is fundamental for active people. I always keep myself busy. So, I really have to prioritise. I discard unnecessary time-consuming things such as TV.
... about challenging yourself, but still having the freedom to do exactly what you like.
... staying activated. I’m always creating or doing something even when I relax. My way of relaxing is by drawing. I actually don’t do anything when I draw. I don’t think. The ideas just come to me. That really brings a satisfying feeling.
